About Gari
Gari Gabrinao is a famous leader, motivator and speech coach. He is one of the most captivating leaders in the history of network marketing industry in the Philippines. The assembly of material and the span and depth of industry coverage he has produced in a short time is indeed phenomenal!
By profession he is a realtor, having launched a full time sales career at a young age of 17, he has not finished formal schooling at the Far Eastern University where he took up Medical Technology for 2 years and at Perpetual Help College of Rizal in Las Piñas where he took up Management for another 2 years. Instead of finishing in formal school, he opted for the Distance Study Program offered by International Correspondence Schools where he finished Basic Management, Advanced Management, Sales Management, Marketing Management and Hotel and Restaurant Management while pursuing a career in real estate. He took the Real Estate Broker’s Examination in 1987 in Baguio City with our mother, me and our sister. He is the youngest passer of the said examination on the books.
He has a natural and very contagious passion in training people on various topics such as personality development, positive thinking, vision, visualization, attraction marketing, internet marketing, celebrity 101, principle centered leadership, nutraceuticals, alternative medicine, attraction marketing, people skills development, paradigm shift, music, films and blogging.
He is a true blue optimist and positive thinker. A visionary with an eye like an eagle. He is a revolutionary thinker who has a contagious passion. He never does anything that he is not passionate of. Before this website, there is virtually no “google presence” of any Filipino network marketing leaders. No network marketing magazines, no Filipino book on network marketing despite the fact that the Philippines is one of the five largest producers of many big multinational network marketing companies like Forever Living Products where the Philippines ranks no. 2 in year 2000, number 2 in Lifestyles in 2001, number 1 in DXN for many years until now, one of the biggest producers of Freelife International, Excel, Herbalife, Symmetry,and Morinda.
Majority thinks that the Filipinos are not yet ready for internet marketing and that majority are internet illiterate. But that did not stop him from pursuing his goals of breaking the grounds for the Filipinos to have an alternative source of income that allows them to earn dollars in their own homes with their loved ones.
His inspiration according to him are his countrymen who are forced to work overseas to support their families, depriving themselves and their families the chance to stay together while working at the same time. Having experienced living away from our father who worked abroad for almost twenty five years. He told us stories of a room mate found hanging on the ceiling, some co workers committed suicide in different ways, getting jailed, getting killed, raped unknown by the relatives. Of course not all overseas workers experienced that but it really is better to work where your family is.
Today 20 million Filipinos are using the internet and that figure is far bigger than the number of Filipino network marketers which is only about two million out of the ninety million Filipinos. One big advantage of the Filipinos is their ability to speak, write and understand the English language which is the universal language even in the Internet.
This is the first ever website that will teach about Magnetic Leadership which is covers from magnetic personality attributes to viral marketing strategies which is not being taught elsewhere here yet. Industry information that was available then focuses primarily on commercial materials, recruitment, product information, product testimonials, income testimonials to motivate prospects to join the bandwagon.
According to our mentor Congressman Roilo Golez, whom we call the “Father of the Philippine Network Marketing”, eighty five (85%) percent of a person’s success depends on his attitude and people skills while the other fifteen (15%) depends on his technical skills- regardless of profession. It’s been ten years since we’ve been together with our mentor but what we learned from him still proves to be true. In my travels across the country promoting network marketing (as an additional and alternative source of income), leadership and personal growth, the more I realize the need for specialized instruction on people management beginning with oneself for maximum effectiveness.
The common problem of leaders in different situations always boils down to one thing: “people”, which is the main objective of this book . His objective is to help the readers identify the attributes, factors, guidelines and ideal environment for one to achieve great success in whatever field, starting from zero. To help and share has always been our primary motivation in doing anything, and I believe that with this website he will be able to do it again, and he will be able to touch the lives of millions of people all over the world.

My name is Gari Gabrinao, from the Halo-halo (a mixed fruit combination with crushed ice and lots of milk and a scoop of ice cream on top, the most popular dessert during summer) capital of the Philippines Bacoor, Cavite. I was the eldest among three siblings, who were raised to be united, to love and forgive each other and for the elder to give way to the younger ones. Seeing our mother sell fish, Tupperware, Beautifont in our younger years and seeing pictures of our father speaking in front of many people dressed in business suit gave us a subliminal message that what they do is also naturally inherent among us three.
I was a realtor who ventured into selling almost all other products and services that will give a meaning to my existence until I discovered network marketing when I suffered arteriosclerosis in 1998. Having been helped by natural health products of Forever Living Products Phils lead by Cong Roilo Golez and the mentoring of FLP Taiwan’s Eddy Chai, and the financial opportunity on the sides, I felt that I have an obligation to share the blessings to others. I finally found the business which at the same time functions as a charitable institution because of the way it changes peoples lives from zero to enormous prosperity.
From the leadership of Cong. Golez and the training system of Mr Eddy Chai, we learned good values that we still carry until now and which has been the foundation of the things that we transfer to our leaders. As a team and individually we have received numerous citations and awards in the industry and have qualified in many international travels and conventions like trips to New York, trips to Utah, trip to Bahamas, trip to Hong Kong, to Singapore, etc. One thing we cannot forget to mention as an added incentive of this industry is the gift of having many friends and extended family. We have developed lasting friendships with numerous good hearted people like Gilbert and Star Ramos, Dangal Macatangay, Michael Catapang, Fe Paglingayen, Engr and Dr. Eleria, Cong. Roilo Golez, Gen. Lizandro Abadia, and many others.
Like many other networkers we have experienced many ups and downs, some due to companies closing down due to mismanagement, some due to over payment of commission because of very big payout, some due to manufacturer-distributor relationship problems, wherein the leaders are the losers in the end because we are the ones who face our leaders and down lines.
In my quest and search for excellent health products and for better and simpler ways for the average Filipinos to earn money in this industry, I came across internet marketing through my friends Dangal Macatangay. Right now I write my experiences and things that I learn in this blog www.magneticleaders101.com for my group and friends to learn from my experiences and for them to avoid committing the pitfalls which I have committed along the way. In the US, a former mediocre network marketer is now earning US$ 1 million a month after five years of combining his network marketing skills with Internet marketing.
